Candidate Member

This is an entry level, regulated membership category for those wishing to pursue the MAAS or MRAAS designation or for those practicing assessment or performing tasks that support the assessment process under the supervision of an accredited assessment appraiser. Any person who is a practicing assessment appraiser and is 18 years of age or older is eligible for this category. Candidate members have six years to complete their accreditation requirements.

This membership is granted by Council in recognition of distinguished service to the mass assessment appraisal profession in Saskatchewan.
